Shipping policy

All Studio Piti USA products are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are produced within approximately 6 to 11 business days.

Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, availability, order volume, and holiday seasons.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

For orders within the United States, estimated shipping generally takes approximately 6 to 11 business days after production.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

Products within the same order may be manufactured at different production facilities. Therefore, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages or on different dates.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive an email containing the tracking information after the order ships.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@studiopiti.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Studio Piti USA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If a shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@studiopiti.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist when possible. Carrier investigations and resolutions may take additional time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Studio Piti USA is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
